Lady Hopetown

History & Description

The Lady Hopetown apple variety was first grown by W Barnes of Bexhill-on-Sea in 1950.

It is a yellow-green apple, flushed orange-pink, with a sharp fruity flavour.

Apples ripen in early October and can be stored till March.
